Kale Smoothie

Kale, Strawberry and Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Snack packed with nutrients such as Vitamin C, Vitamin A, potassium, iron and calcium while also providing you with needed carbohydrates and proteins to re-build and re-fuel your muscles.

2 cups raw kale, rinsed and choppedkale
1 punnet of fresh or 2 handfuls of frozen berries
1 cup yogurt (low fat, unsweetened or half fruit yogurt and half unsweetened)
1 banana
1 cup ice cubes


Combine all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy!!’,’
