Kale, Strawberry and Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups raw kale, rinsed and chopped
1 punnet of fresh or 2 handfuls of frozen berries
1 cup yogurt (low fat, unsweetened or half fruit yogurt and half unsweetened)
1 banana
1 cup ice cubes
