A quick, easy and healthy fruit based dessert to please everyone! Serve with yogurt or ice cream!


1-1.5 cups blueberries (frozen)
1-2 cans of fruit in juice, drained or fresh sliced apples with peel on
2 cups quick oats
½ cup flour
2 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup almonds, coarsely chopped
1-2 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup non hydrogenated margarine or butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, almonds and cinnamon until blended. Using your hands or a pastry cutter blend in margarine or butter until evenly crumbly
  3. Spray casserole dish lightly with non stick spray and place fruit in dish
  4. Top with crumble topping and gently pat down
  5. Place in oven for about 30min or until lightly golden
  6. Bon Apetit!
