1 package of falafel mix- follow instructions on package and roll into balls
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1/3 english cucumber, grated and excess water removed
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 head romaine, washed, roughly torn
1 avocado, sliced
wholewheat wraps
feta cheese, crumbled to taste
grated carrot, beet – optional


  1. Grate cucumber and combine with yogurt and garlic in a bowl, set aside
  2. Cook falafel as per instructions or as small patties in small amount of oil
  3. Spread tzaziki on middle of wrap, top with 2-3 falafel balls, veggies and feta
  4. Bon Appetit!
